• Listings: Each Listing may contain up to four images, which you may upload to our server.
• Offers: You may present an Offer for any other Member's Listing, with an Expiration Date. The Seller may then accept your Offer, or submit a Counter-offer.
• Associates: When you sign-up for a Membership, you will be assigned to an Associate who will oversee your Listings.
• Escrows: After an Offer or Counter-offer has been accepted, the Listing goes into Escrow. The Buyer and Seller may then exchange Escrow Notes, until the Escrow Closes.
